   We have been dealing with these vets for about 30 years and have always been very happy with their caring service . We recently had been seeing them more frequently with our ageing lab and have always felt very welcome and received great care . When it came to say goodbye to our beloved girl we were treated with the most caring and compassionate respect and care . I can't speak more highly of this incredible caring team , we even received the most caring personal card from the team following the time we had to say goodbye to our girl . This card meant so much to us and it showed that they realy cared for us and felt for our loss. Thank ypu team you were amazing.

   Terrible, awful place, if google allowed zero stars I would have given zero! Vets consults are extremely quick, not thorough and very expensive for the 10 mins they take. Feels like you are a number and on a money conveyor belt. Things get missed and when you go back within days you get charged a second time. When I tried to address issues the clinic manager and honestly she had an awful attitude. So I have voted with my feet! Won't spend another dollar at Dairy Flat Vets. Please don't spend your hard earned money there either! EDIT: There is better when you look, I chose not to go local. My new vet (not dairy flat vet) spent 40 mins for the same price as 10 mins at Dairy Flat Vet, was much more thorough, full check up, fixed what had been missed.

   Been with these guys for over 30 years went to pick up my brothers cat who was hit by a car because he was at work. Reception wouldn't let us leave until we paid the $1100 invoice. I didn't have my card with me and my mum only had $800 in her account, asked if we can pay the rest once my brother is home or do an internet bank transfer, was advised needed to be a debit card payment as internet transfer won't show until the next day. Had to get the cash out to pay the full invoice before we got the cat.back. This is extremely disappointing all about money with these guys no compassion or trust in a stressful time was made to feel like a criminal even though we've taken our pets there for over 30 years time to move on to a better vet.

   Shout out to the amazing vet Saffron ( hopefully I’m spelling her name correct ) Who came out yesterday to my lamb who had been attacked by a dog. Not only was she careful and very thorough but she was kind, funny and caring. She was realistic with us and did the very best she could. If I could recommend anyone it would be her. I really hope this is passed on to her as we want her to know how grateful we are for everything she did for us.

   Customer service could be better. Every time I've come in, I've had staff members just staring at me with no greeting. The Domestic pet vets have been amazing and have made the experience lovely.
