My experience with this establishment is limited, as I am a new client. However, the service I have received thus far has been exceptional. The staff demonstrates expertise and provides clear explanations regarding medications and necessary procedures.
Family Care has been my pharmacy for the last 4-5 years. The ladies here are absolutely fantasic and they a great at what they do. Always willing to go the extra mile, always smiling and friendly with answers to my some times random questions. I cannot recommend Family Care enough.

I decided to try this little pharmacy - snugly tucked away in a small strip of medical facilities behind the highland park library - a few years ago, intending to only fill a one off prescription. However was so overwhelmed by the speed at which it was filled that I decided to start getting them all from Family Care Pharmacy and I have never looked back! The pharmacists who work there take it on like a mission and its only when i occassionally have to go somewhere else that i realise how much take it for granted now that I can get my medicine in about a quarter of the time at FCP than anywhere else! I have only been treated with the utmost respect by the staff there and find them very personable too. The owner Tina Woo has always been exceptionally kind to me ☺

Mike and his Team are as friendly as his name. I shudder to think what I would do with out them. They are supportive, efficient, friendly and courteous. I have had many Chemists in my day but would rate this Team Mike and his staff a 10 if I could.
