   Vets on Waiheke have always impressed me with their caring professionalism. The surgery is ship-shape and its easy to tell that Alex and her team take customer relationships seriously. I do not hesitate to recommend them.

   Good staff and a competent team. The only downside is that as the only vet on the motu, they can charge what they want and though you know in the back of your mind they aren't pushing treatments on you (since they care for the animals under their charge) you cannot help but feel that they are simply looking at the bottom line. That being said, they are dedicated and friendly and I hope they can keep the vets and nurses they have.

   Great service again today. I have total confidence in Alex and her wonderful team at Vets On Waiheke. I have had many visits over the past ten years with dogs, cats and chickens. The team totally understands how important out pets are and are offered the best of care, service is personal and genuinely caring. The clinic is extremely well equipped, being able to carry out all tests, procedure and interventions. We are so privileged to have such service on our motu.

   Marnie and her team are all so wonderful to deal with. They really care about our fur babies and take the time to explain about the treatment they give. I cannot recommend them highly enough. We always come out feeling great with happy contented pets!! I would never go anywhere else.
