“The Family Store is wonderful on its own, but what truly makes it special is Tatiana. She’s the heart and soul of the shop. I’ve never met someone so warm, caring, and genuinely helpful. She always checks in with people, asks how they’re doing, and goes out of her way to help them find exactly what they need. Ever since our very first visit, she’s been excited to go back every week, not just for the treasures in the shop, but to see Tatiana.
