   The standards unfortunately have been dropping for a while.…staff are constantly restocking with trolleys and boxes all over the place. It’s the most disorganized supermarket I shop at…it’s my local, but I will often drive further away to find a better selection of products and clear isles…

   Good supermarket, pricing isn’t as good as competitors. Good range or products. As well as a built in pharmacy. Parking is great. They also do pickup and delivery. Friendly staff. There’s also a toilet that gets heavy use by customers so cleaning can be a bit behind. Self checkout for fewer than 12 items and typical checkout operators. Always clean and tidy in store.

   I’ve shopped here often over the last 12 months. Two things that seem to be getting worse: 1. Staff filling shelves or doing online shopping picking- seem totally oblivious to customers- they push in front, block aisles, and stand talking when you’re in a crowded aisle. 2. Not enough checkouts when it’s busy.

   This is our local and we are always doing click and collect from here. We use the note function and the staff always take care to follow our instructions. There have been a few mistakes over the years but they're always quick to rectify in person on through the bot on the app. Easiest shopping experience and totally worth the extra few dollars for the convenience and choice in my opinion. We always stick to specials and have worked out if something isn't on special this week it's likely to go on special in the next couple of weeks. They've had a remodel of the whole store recently and the click and collect system is outside and a total breeze.

   Placed an online order for home delivery between 6pm - 8:30pm. While out I received a text message at 4:30pm advising the order had been delivered. I called to advise I wouldn't be home until 6pm as per my order and was told that the text was an error. I get home at 5:45pm to find a delivery driver standing at my front door. He tells me he's been standing there for an hour and all of my frozen goods are defrosted and cold items are now warm. When I asked for an explanation he said "it's a Saturday" and he walked off. Not acceptable.

   Countdown Hobsonville is a fantastic local supermarket that has only gotten better after its recent renovation. The store is well-maintained, providing a clean and welcoming shopping environment. The staff are friendly and always willing to assist with anything you need. One of the great things about Countdown Hobsonville is the availability of a pharmacy, making it a convenient one-stop-shop for all your needs. The store also has a great selection of baking ingredients, so it's a great place to stock up for your next baking project. There is plenty of parking available, making it easy for customers to get in and out quickly.
