Friendly service, took my 20+ year boots in to have the elastic part replaced.Got advice on care based on leather needing to be conditioned. Great long lasting product!

We are lovers of all things RM Williams, and have purchased product from NZ and Australia, worst experience we have ever had in an RM Williams Store, one of the staff members was disinterested and to busy on her phone to engage with customers, the other staff member made very little effort to help. Last purchase was in Queenstown 2 weeks ago, staff were amazing and went out of there way to accommodate us.....would not come back to this store ☹️
The staff are beyond amazing here. Will always return to the Commercial Bay store for this reason. The two girls seemed very knowledgeable but also welcoming and eager to help. One the girls even polished my original pair of RM boots which elevated the experience even more!
Popped in on Boxing Day to purchase a jacket and enquire about some boots and was served by a lady named Ruby. She was very helpful and informative about the different styles and sizes of the boots and I actually felt like she paid attention to what I was after. Will definitely be coming back

Wanted to commend the friendly and particularly helpful assistance from Chelsea in the Commercial Bay store. After I was disappointed by a poor experience at the Chadstone (Victoria) store, which is supposedly one of the flagship stores, just a week earlier - I had decided not to make any purchase from R.M. Williams in future. Chelsea's amazing customer service changed my mind about the R.M. Williams stores.
