I had noticed in postie plus slot of shelves displaying make up ect and some clothing lines are empty and not stocked. An update. 2025 Good to see postie plus Lynnmall has made improvements and must note the $4 perfumes are really nice. Good bargain
Today, I visited the NewLyn store and encountered a staff member who was incredibly rude. During checkout, despite purchasing two pairs of pants, the staff member didn't bother to fold them neatly or offer assistance. Instead, they left the pants in a disorganized mess. To add to the frustration, when I didn't finish folding the pants myself, the staff asked another customer to come to checkout her purchase , which left me feeling embarrassed. This experience left me feeling disheartened, especially since I've had consistently positive encounters with friendly staff at others Postie locations like Onehunga and Sylvia Park. Although I appreciated having a Postie close to my school in NewLyn, this disappointing customer service experience makes me hesitant to return.
The manager here served me and was soo lovely!! I had so many items to purchase as I was doing a bulk buy for a uni placement. She was so lovely and patient ringing everything on. The best customer service! Will 100% be going back
I like Lynn Mall it has everything from restaurants to jewelery stores to clothing stores. Great variety. If you are near Lynn Mall go and have lunch and do some shopping. You won't regret it
Store is huge! Clothing for literally everyone, can be messy at times but it's just one of those things in retail. The staff crew are friendly and helpful :) can be quite busy though. Always good to go in when it's sale time, can find some great bargains! Id definitely recommend checking them out
