   Scott was the most helpful person I’ve ever dealt with. Changing rooms were immaculate and Scott made me feel like nothing was a problem. Any sizes, and styles, even got a pair of pants if the mannequin for me. Will definitely be back!

   We visited on a Saturday morning, a little bit under staff, only one female staff working on the floors. We decided to return to get a pair of shoes that was on discount, when my husband requested if they have another pair out the back as one of the shoe on display had a collapse back due to being tried on a lot by customers, without checking if there was another pair, the male staff automatically said it is a sale item, implying that as a customer that my husband should not expect too much just buy a pair of shoes with known issue… the female staff did find a new pair out the back and we bought it. Overall clean and tidy store, decent and prompt service by the female staff, very good price after the sale discount, unfortunately quite let down by the attitude of the male staff.

   We were well looked after by Scott. Very professional, customer focussed and so cheerful and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble. I was shopping with a 17 year old, who was treated with respect and consideration which was refreshing after a day shopping where 17 year old was treated in other stores like a kid.

   We were served by Alex, a credit to your company. Even though he was super busy, he managed to take good care of us while juggling stock and other customers. We left with a shirt tie and suit for my husband for our son's wedding and also recommended a tailor for alterations. Great service and quality gear for a reluctant shopper. Definitely recommend your store, thanks
