   The retail assistants working here need to check themselves, you are working at a clothing store.. You are supposed to greet customers that walk in and help them should they need it. That's what your job is.. Being a retail worker. Instead, you make eye contact, realize we have walked in, continue to ignore us and chat about getting coffee and lunch.. We walked in with intent to buy quite a few items, but your proud retail workers have sent us elsewhere where we bought a bunch. WAKE UP! YOU'RE SELLING CLOTHES! :)

   Absolutely appauling. Two younger women sitting around having a chat with a young teenager not assisting anyone. Three male customers walked out with nothing due to getting no assitance from the staff. Awful considering I had gone with my parents in order to find my dad some jeans that will fit him right because every other place doesn’t have his size. These two young women started talking about the easter bunny and how they had not gotten chocolate from it which does not have anything to do with their work attire at all.

   My friend went there bought two T shirt and a shorts yesterday, and gave to me as a Christmas presents. I went there have a exchange today because of size are too big. After I explained to her, I left the whole bag including the receipt in the counter, but when I chose the right size and went back to the counter, she still asked for the receipt with a bad attitude, until the other stuff found receipt "on the ground", not even said a sorry. Anyway, quite bad shopping experience in your botany store, will not go there again...

   Best clothes and services for men's clothing, great style, range and especially quality, and the Botany shop is great. If they haven't got you size and colour then they will get it in rather than sending you to another branch which is a great service.
