   Hi just wanted to complain about the nice cotton panties/ half lace ,they look nice , i bought 2 dozens but after one wash the threads seem to loose its grip.. And they are $6 each .. please try to get better quality ... Another complain is about Manager: Amanda Murray, no smile , very rude , tells us as customers go find it urself.. We dont need this attitude , thats why i hardly shop at Panmure postie.. Your friendly staffs are Venise Fifita and Terry , they really look after customers with positive attitude... Your other staffs who have left were very nice and friendly ..

   Absolutely love this store. As a local, it’s the go to for kids clothing. The best customer service award goes to cashier Venice (I think that was her name). Friendly, helpful and made my day with her joyful attitude towards serving my kids and I. Didn’t mind they were making a mess too! Thank you!

   I was served by a lovely young lady she was so pleasant.I went to buy a school hat for my daughter. She was telling me how she buys extra hats and gives them to her sons school teacher to give to the kids who families may not be able to afford them.We need more kind people like her. She was efficient and friendly with all customers.
