“Josh just saved my Christmas. I was after a Disney plushie for my gf’s mother, that had an annoying sku which multiple plushies were linekd to. I’ve been to two other Warehouse locations and had been met with lackluster customer service; pointing me towards the direction and/or not bothering to investigate stock amounts. And then I met Josh. This man looked up the sku, grabbed a ladder, and went hunting. The situation was getting dire as each box he went skimmed through failed to match what we were after. The last box looked grim, but as he turned it around, low and behold was the fateful sku I’ve been feining to find. The toy was raised out of the box like a new born child and passed to me. In that heart racing moment I promised to Josh that I’d write him a Google review. Please give him a raise.”

“Had a such a lovely experience in this absolutely gem of a shop. Gojo is so passionate about vintage clothing and has an incredible collection of items to choose from. If you get chatting, she will give you wonderful service and provide so much interesting history about all the garments. Such an experience - if you love beautiful vintage things I would definitely recommend you pop in. I brought a 70s green chiffon maxi dress for my hen do and I still absolutely love it ❤️”

“I've seen some bad reviews recently so thought I'd add a positive one based on my experience yesterday. I am postpartum so struggling to find clothes I fit that are affordable. Finally after looking for what I wanted at other shops where the clothes didn't fit me AND were very expensive, I went to the warehouse and found what I was looking for, and they were cheap too. I asked a long haired blondish woman who was absolutely lovely, about sizing, because I was carrying my baby it was hard to try things on. She was very accurate and my clothes fit perfectly. Thank you!”

“Staff members are friendly, courteous, very helpful and attentive. The shop is quite huge and stock plenty of appliances and other items that will tickle you fancy. The quality is not too bad, though prices are now getting much expensive that a few years ago. Some items are priced competitively while for some other items, the price is still too high for its quality. Have plenty of parking spaces at the front, and at the side of the shop.”

“Neat little shop located at the back of WEST. Lots of parking on site. I loved that the clothes are sorted into size ranges, and there was a large rack of size 20 - 26 clothing which is always hard to find in op shops. They have womens, mens, childrens and babies clothing, and shoes and accessories. A few bric a brac items too. Nothing was over $4 and I scored some brand new condition city chic and TS there for $3.50 each. I love that the shop funds their free classes in the community.”
