“Great hospice. Always tidy, great pricing, lots to sort through. The previous manager was so ruddy awful always screaming and yelling, the place became unbearable. A lot more chill now. Great staff as per usual. Not sure if I met the new manager today, whoever she was, she was awesome. Lot more chill now at the hospice.”

“My nan runs the place lovely lady honest, Always making others laugh makes fair prices for clothes, she's very posh so only great quality's don't hate at them as most brands are 30-60 dollars more. She googles the true price of items I know as sometimes I come to work and help do the googleing and just because you don't have most ney on you for the clothes don't hate she's lovely and all the employees and workers. “My local. Went in on the 19th to buy a mattress, which was on special, ending the same day. Their computers were down and so they couldn't process the sale. I went back today, and they honored yesterday's sale price(which was a huge price difference to today's price).Was very impressed with their ethics and customer service.”

The customer support went out of her way to find one in the shop but none was available. So she phoned another shop (Glenfield) and had one reserved for me to pick up on the same day. “I have experienced some challenges with the customer service at this particular warehouse. I continue to shop here due to its convenient location. My five-star rating is specifically for my Boxing Day shopping experience. I sought assistance from three different individuals, all of whom were unable to help me. This five-star rating is dedicated to 'Ben,' who graciously took the time to retrieve items from boxes as they were not yet on the shelves, and to the young lady at customer service, who typically works at the self-checkout. Both individuals provided exceptional assistance.”

“I attended a class at MAMA Maternity and it was fab. The educator was fantastic, she was friendly and very knowledgeable and I came out feeling much more confident about my birth and caring for my new baby after attending them. I would definitely recommend them to others.”

“Unique store especialy with lines of kids clothing with reputable brands. Very friendly staff and environment made experiences all that more specials. Beautiful store with thoughtful layout and displays. Ample parking behind the building. Don't use the Hursmere Road as you will get stuck and it often takes at least 30mins to go from roundabout end to the traffic light at the other end.”

“Didn't have my glasses on and paid for items that must've been scanned before I used the checkout. I didn't realise until I left the store. When I went back the staff at information and security couldn't have been nicer and understanding. They checked the footage and gave me a refund, so thank you, even though it was technically my stupidity for forgetting my glasses!”

“Josh just saved my Christmas. I was after a Disney plushie for my gf’s mother, that had an annoying sku which multiple plushies were linekd to. I’ve been to two other Warehouse locations and had been met with lackluster customer service; pointing me towards the direction and/or not bothering to investigate stock amounts. And then I met Josh. This man looked up the sku, grabbed a ladder, and went hunting. The situation was getting dire as each box he went skimmed through failed to match what we were after. The last box looked grim, but as he turned it around, low and behold was the fateful sku I’ve been feining to find. The toy was raised out of the box like a new born child and passed to me. In that heart racing moment I promised to Josh that I’d write him a Google review. Please give him a raise.”

If you get chatting, she will give you wonderful service and provide so much interesting history about all the garments. Such an experience - if you love beautiful vintage things I would definitely recommend you pop in. I brought a 70s green chiffon maxi dress for my hen do and I still absolutely love it ❤️”

“I've seen some bad reviews recently so thought I'd add a positive one based on my experience yesterday. I am postpartum so struggling to find clothes I fit that are affordable. Finally after looking for what I wanted at other shops where the clothes didn't fit me AND were very expensive, I went to the warehouse and found what I was looking for, and they were cheap too. I asked a long haired blondish woman who was absolutely lovely, about sizing, because I was carrying my baby it was hard to try things on. She was very accurate and my clothes fit perfectly. Thank you!”
