“Great hospice. Always tidy, great pricing, lots to sort through. The previous manager was so ruddy awful always screaming and yelling, the place became unbearable. A lot more chill now. Great staff as per usual. Not sure if I met the new manager today, whoever she was, she was awesome. Lot more chill now at the hospice.”

“Emma was amazing! I tried looking everywhere for a limited edition ‘anti bullying’ tee shirt and couldn’t find one. I approached Emma who had initially said they had sold out. She offered to have another look just incase. She insisted although she didn’t have to. To my surprise she came back after a few minutes and handed me the tee which was perfect. It was the very last one. Emma was very efficient, patient and accommodating. Thank you Emma for going over and above. I appreciate your excellent service. I went back today, and they honored yesterday's sale price(which was a huge price difference to today's price).Was very impressed with their ethics and customer service.”

“Neat little shop located at the back of WEST. Lots of parking on site. I loved that the clothes are sorted into size ranges, and there was a large rack of size 20 - 26 clothing which is always hard to find in op shops. They have womens, mens, childrens and babies clothing, and shoes and accessories. A few bric a brac items too. Nothing was over $4 and I scored some brand new condition city chic and TS there for $3.50 each. I love that the shop funds their free classes in the community.”
