   I had a wonderful shopping experience today with my sales Pia. I had been looking for couple matching sleepwear as a gift. It was almost past the closing time, but Pia still brought out different options for me to view and compare. The sleepwear was mostly for women but with her help I eventually sorted out a pair that would do. She nicely prepared the clothes into a wonderful gift set. The textile of the sleepwear is also so comfortable! Will be back shopping again!

   I had a really disappointing experience at this store today. When I walked in, the girl at the counter didn’t even look up or greet me. She just kept pretending not to notice me the whole time. There was no communication, no offer of help, and no basic courtesy. When I left, I still said “goodbye,” but she didn’t respond at all. Maybe she was having a bad day, but that’s not an excuse for such poor customer service. I won’t be coming back to this store.

   I was told the store only allows split transactions on request during their Buy One Get One Free warehouse sale. But another customer was proactively told by staff that she could split her payment to save money — she didn’t ask. I wasn’t offered this option at all, even though I bought more items. This feels unfair and inconsistent. Promotions like this should be applied clearly and equally to all customers — not just those lucky enough to be told. I’ve raised the issue with the NZ Commerce Commission.

   I was wanting some help to find a pyjama set to gift for Christmas. There was no help to be found. All three girls were at the till serving one customer. When I asked them to help, they looked confused and then one reluctantly helped (which the help was half asked and then she got bored and popped to the back). Cute range but lacking many aspects of customer service.

   Milford store sales assistant ignored me and stayed on her phone. Couldn’t care less about my customer experience. I was planning to buy but didn’t feel welcome. Love this brand.

   The pajamas are really good quality. I discovered this brand when I was pregnant, and it made the pregnancy and postpartum experience that much more comfortable having pjs I could spend most the day in. Good customer service and well presented store.

   I was a bit disappointed as I purchased very expensive pyjamas to treat myself but within one wear they ripped at the seam on the pants. They’re not tight they’re lose on me so just poorly made? Extremely upset as I had saved up for them for a while for myself.
