Tracey never been anything but kind and professional, even when she’s busy. today I had six packages to send and without even asking the customers names on each of the tracking numbers, so I could let them know and not get confused. Little things like this are so appreciated, she’s so g great to deal with and always wishes you well, even when she’s flat out and the only working.”
