Don’t go here if you’re wanting to send anything more than a letter within NZ, they don’t know what they’re doing & have limited English. The staff were confused & unsure - I wanted to send a letter to Germany and it returned to my address a week later. They gave me an ‘Air mail’ sticker but from the NZ post website it’s going to cost more than $2 & would need stamps - I tried to question this & they weren’t sure, waste of money.

Unable to actually send a parcel or letter here. Just to clarify regarding the reply. I went into Shree Superette wanting to send a small parcel within New Zealand, all packaged and addressed, just needed to pay postage. The store staff looked confused when I asked about posting the parcel and when I clarified they said I could only drop off a parcel with postage prepaid online.
