“I previously posted a lengthy review to diffuse the negativity of the majority of the comments, but it seems to have disappeared. Those gremlins are everywhere. Recently the post shop was run by one woman, lovely, doing the best one woman can leading up to Christmas. The chemist was also run by one woman plus dispensing person. Run off their feet. I could feel the tension and their stress. Every time I visited I bought them a box of chocolates. The staff has now been increased, as well it needed. Nos gremlins stay away from my review.”

“Collect your missed parcel here. Bring your 'missed delivery' card for smooth process. There are 2 staff at the reception, give them your card and they will scan it and bring your parcel. The room is pretty small and the waiting time can be long so I recommend you avoid the peak hours. Must have ID. Overall process was amazingly convenient. Lots of parking space.”

“She's been on a charm course! I have been to this Post Shop twice recently and there was a woman matching the description of Ms Grump working there. Smiling, helpful - couldn't fault her customer service. One time only me to be served but second time there was a queue and there was a time waster in it. She still was patient and helpful.”

“Sat a theory test at the AA today, there was a minimal wait to be seen, and then I was able to sit the theory test right away. The staff were all super friendly and helpful, making the whole experience way less stressful. I'm sorry I didnt get the staff members names - but a huge thanks to them for their kindness!”

“The Managers and the staff in this branch are doing their best to help us as their clients. I give them the 5 stars. While the banking system in NZ needs a big improvement to catch up with the rest of the world, I don't know who is responsible for this but I only give them 3 stars”

“As with all the reviews on here, customer service is appalling. I've got a package split into two boxes and have received the second box, but after waiting for what seemed to be far too long I contacted NZ Post. The email came back telling me they don't even know if the package they've already delivered has been picked up. Then I tell them that I already have 1 of the 2 boxes to which I am told that I can only enquire about my original package and not another one in the same ticket? The most dismissive support I have ever dealt with and absolutely show no sign that they actually want to help. It's currently level 4 in Auckland so I didn't contact them until 3 weeks after the due date! Terrible experience as always.”
