   Heartless Bank should be their name. I've spent over a month trying to get information from them regarding my very ill mothers account. Despite providing all the required documentation. They never call back or reply, I'm constantly having to chase them to find out what is happening. I've logged a formal complaint through their complaints process, but the complainant that I'm making the complaint against is the same person investigating the complaint. Seems they market to the elderly for a reason, so they can take them for a ride. Do not recommend and would advise making sure compliant elderly relatives are not sucked in to their marketing.

   Absolutely terrible. I lost my previous job and they refused to understand my situation and kept taking direct debits, back and forth emails and phone calls, apparently this bank is too stupid to understand what an application for hardship is. My credit rating is now extremely poor due to them. Terrible company, terrible bank, i recommend everyone never ever considers working with Heartland.

   Absolute rubbish! If you have financed your vehicle through them via your car dealer and you want to make extra payments to pay off your loan faster, you cant do this. Either they will refund you your overpayment amount or you have to re-construct your loan. I have been trying to make extra payments but they make it so difficult! Now, out of the blue, they decided to enforce a policy on me saying that any overpayments under $1k will be refunded back to me. I wish the car dealer i bought my vehicle from used a different finance company. Hearland bank shouldn't even be running with the amount of negative feedback they are having. Customer service is also ridiculous!!! Over an hour wait time EVERY SINGLE TIME I HAVE TRIED CALLING THEM!!!

   Very poor lenders. I had and business loan with them and repaid it in full without any defaults. Got into trouble as most people did through Covid and needed some money to clear some bills. Me thinking I had and good relationship with heartland I could rely on them to help me out but no! Straight out no. Thanks for nothing!.

   Absolute trash!!! Am in the process of opening a term deposit with Heartland. They were quick with comms in the setup of it but once I transferred my money over, it’s been almost two weeks and I still don’t see my account setup. No one replies to my emails anymore and every time I call I get “it’ll be setup by the end of today” and that was within the first week!!! Am waiting for someone to return my call so I can get my money back!! Useless service!!!!!!!!!

   They're awesome when you don't want to do anything. The moment you do though, look out! I got so feed up with being given the run around, I requested a settlement figure in the app for the next day. I transferred the funds straight away knowing they'd not be credited till the next day. They either screwed up the settlement amount or added interest to nothing because I have a loan balance of $1.33. This is pure comedy when you consider banks have a level of accuracy and accountability. Don't put your money with them or borrow from them, either.
