   The Epitome of hopeless. Score has almost 1/2ed. Have deleted all credit cards, plus no defaults IE HP. Other sources more reputable. Shame had to score this outfit 1 star

   Useless service. Sent few queries via emails but for no avail. My credit score keep dropping for no reason. Information is not accurate. My credit score was above 800. Planning to buy our first home but this company is giving headaches with wrong stats. Wish I could give them 0 rating.

   In May 2021 I contacted Credit Simple to give them my updated address. The old address was five years out of date. I provided multiple pieces of evidence of my updated address including letters from my bank, a letter from Immigration NZ and details from the electoral role. To my absolute astonishment, this was their response. "Summary Your enquiry about this entry was submitted on 17/05/2021 The review of your enquiry was finalised by the illion team on 03/06/2021 Conclusion The illion team has reviewed your enquiry and has concluded the entry will remain unchanged.".......in other words, they consider it accurate, authentic and reasonable to keep an irrelevant address 5 years out of date despite compelling evidence to the contrary. They also docked my credit score 30 points for the enquiry. Dealing with them was farcical and ridiculous. The sooner they are replaced the better. I give them one star as I need to provide at least one to submit this review. If I could, I'd give them a minus 5 star review.

   I don't find Credit Simple accurate at all. My credit score was going up steadily for the past few months, then all of a sudden it drops 5 points last month. Nothing on my credit record reflects this dip, I haven't applied for any sort of credit or service since Dec 2021, and all my bills are $100+ in credit and always have been since day 1. There was absolutely no reason for the drop

   It was good until recently. Things have come up on my credit that i have no idea about or where they came from, they have been "investigating" this for over 30 days. My credit score dropped from 800 to 500, when ive paid everything (xmas prezzies) off in full earlier than contracted so no clue why/how that works. Have emailed about that with no reply

   Most reviewers seem to dislike this service due to reasons not related to the service itself. In reality, this is a helpful tool that you can use to view your credit score and credit report, with a quick and easy sign up process and lots of handy information. Definitely recommended for those who want to keep an eye on their credit without waiting for mailed reports.
