I have been using lumino Birkenhead for 20 years and can't fault them. I'm allergic to most anaesthetic so they give me extra care and I haven't got that service from any other dentists I have tried and had terrible experiences elsewhere. I would recommend Ranee Charya as the most compassionate with a nervous patient.
I took my son to see Dr. Wu at Lumino Viva, and the experience was exceptional. My son was too young for a pulpotomy with a community dentist, so we were referred to Lumino Viva. After calling over 20 dentists, Dr. Wu was the only one willing to take on the treatment. We are so grateful for this and will definitely recommend Lumino Viva to our friends. The treatment was done beautifully.
Making a booking online was easy, but it doesnt mean you will actually get the appointment. I turn up 10 mins prior for the appointment, and the reception tells me that my appointment is cancelled. They say they tried to call me, and I had one missed call from them yesterday. They didn't leave a message or email. The reception wasn't rude, and I can't comment on their dental services since I didnt get to experience it, but if you get a missed call from them, you will probably want to call them multiple times as they dont often answer. I didn't have time and patience for this.

Today I was a first time patient at Lumino in Birkenhead. My friend who has been going to this clinic for years recommended it to me. I made a somewhat spontaneous appointment online just a few days before and was able to get in. After I booked the appointment I received a few emails, as well as a phone call the day of the appointment. I was impressed with the aesthetics of the clinic and the friendly reception I received both before, during and after my treatment. I hadn't been to the dentist for a few years and was impressed with the advancement in technology. The procedure with Ranee Charya and her assistant was professional, efficient and relaxed. Ranee clearly has a strong knowledge of dentistry. I will definitely return and would recommend to anyone!
Very positive experience at Birkenhead with Ranee today. I had a check up and clean. Ranee was very thorough and gentle and provided very useful advice. I will happily return to Ranee for any future appointments.
Showed up on the appointment time yet was informed my appointment was at a different time. The receptionist didn’t even bother to apologise for their booking mistake. I took the 2-hour leave from work to book for this appointment and it is just a complete waste of time. Show ing respect to your potential customer’s time would be greatly appreciated.
