   This is a fabulous place to take your kids for some after school and holiday fun. Both my kids have enjoyed it thoroughly for the past year. What makes it so special is Philip the owner who really goes that extra mile and connects with all the children to ensure they get the most out of learning highly recommend and plan to continue for the foreseeable future.

   My son loves going to scratchpad in Stonefields. After coding he particularly enjoys building and playing with the Apitor robots, building them and then controlling them via the app. Scratchpad offers a great and playful entry point into the world of coding and robotics. Coding in particular - in my view - is a very useful skill to have no matter what you want to do in life. Phillip is very engaging and approachable. One can see his passion for what he’s doing, which is an indispensable quality of a teacher.

   Our daughter started attending scratchpad earlier this year, her coding skills and knowledge continue to improve, we appreciate that Scratchpad offers so many options and avenues the children can try and follow their interests and passions. Phillip and the team are always so helpful, friendly, responsive and care about the children’s learning and their interests. Highly recommend trying scratchpad out.

   Scratchpad has brought a new found confidence to our often anxious 9yo. We've never seen this excitement about learning in him before. It's so nice to see him enjoy something that presents a very valuable educational opportunity. He doesn't stop glowing all the way home, while he tells me about his lesson. He's like a different kid!! I think he enjoys the "no pressure" of learning at his own pace, which he's, ironically, doing faster than most. The staff at Stonefields are lovely, and we like that we can see what our son has learnt at home. Awesome!

   My son attends classes at Scratchpad in Stonefields. After only a few classes he is now more confident working with a mouse. He really enjoys the play based problem solving and he has already received a certificate for completing level 1. He is able to observe others learning at different levels in the class and set goals for what he wants to achieve in the future. The team at Scratchpad are so patient and encouraging with him - at 7 he is gaining so much confidence which will help him get a head start on his computer literacy at school. A great investment.

   Our 9yr old daughter has been doing Scratchpad’s school holiday program for close to a year & has enjoyed it so much that we decided to enrol her in coding classes during term time. Her little brother can’t wait to join in when he’s a bit older. We feel really lucky that these classes are accessible to our children. Having the opportunity to learn coding (which will be an essential skill going forward) at a young age will really help set them up for the future.
