“Yesterday I come in with a list of items I needed for Christmas. I was a bit embarrassed as the list was longg but Jesse, the goat, helped me find everything! From a controller, games (both new and pre-owned), figurines - He helped me find *everything*, I was so so grateful!! He was multitasking the entire time as well, helping other customers with gift recommendations and popping to the back to check if items were in stock. Insane level of customer service. Despite taking up nearly half an hour of his time, he also made sure all the discounts were added and matched the online prices. Bro deserves a raise, keys to the city and an all expense paid trip for the holidays. Special thanks to Jed too, who was also multitasking during the Christmas rush but made time to check I had everything. Y'all deserve a great holiday and an amazing 2026. Thank you thank you!!”

“Some time ago I brought in my puffer jacket to be mended after it got ripped when I was knocked to the ground in a car accident (thankful for a quality jacket that helped cushion my fall). The staff were really lovely and the team in Chch who did the repair did a wonderful job, and charged a very reasonable fee. Love my jacket, it keeps me super warm even on the coldest winter days and it’s lasted for years. Thanks heaps ☺️”

Very soft Clothing- Track Pants. Loved the new Apparel & Colours. Couldn't find the right colour Green Mint which I was looking for a Photo shoot, so I got to know my size atleast and shopped online... There was also a Sale for 5 for 35 - Lingerie. Thanks Team.”

“You guys are legends. Came to welly for few days while on route to Queenstown. Was rather windy lol as expected. Needed to grab a beanie and some socks. Jumped inside and within 10mins I was out and my gosh I'm glad I got those items. My whole trip has been so much more enjoyable with them. Love huffer products. Have a huffer jacket too so combining that with my beanie and socks I was most definitely warm even when I was down in bluff getting blown around I was warm! Was $56 for a beanie and 2 pairs of socks!! Thanks huffer wellington!!!”
