Been meaning to write this but had my ski boots taken back in to get the shell and lining adjusted a couple times and even though I bought the boots 7 years ago from there, all those services came free! Huge thank you to the team as it made a massive difference when I went skiing the following week. Great service and practical adjustments!

Great service from Clint, Candice (spelling maybe?), and the Canadian boss guy. They all have personal experience on the slopes. If you need to know stuff, they know the answers and get you sorted! Unfortunately stock is a bit limited, especially the hardware like boots and bindings, but there is still a wide selection. They also have a wide range of accessories like helmets, gloves, sprays etc and some options for limited servicing. Overall a solid stop to get some alpine gear for skiing and snowboarding!
I've always struggled to find ski boots that fit me well, but The Board Factory changed that. They took precise measurements, recommended the perfect pair, and even moulded them for a better fit. I took them back to Europe and, after skiing all day without discomfort, realised just how great a job they had done. I couldn't be happier! On top of that, their team was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and professional while still being friendly. Highly recommend!
