   You guys are legends. Came to welly for few days while on route to Queenstown. Was rather windy lol as expected. Needed to grab a beanie and some socks. Jumped inside and within 10mins I was out and my gosh I'm glad I got those items. My whole trip has been so much more enjoyable with them. Love huffer products. Have a huffer jacket too so combining that with my beanie and socks I was most definitely warm even when I was down in bluff getting blown around I was warm! Was $56 for a beanie and 2 pairs of socks!! Thanks huffer wellington!!!

   I went to exchange an item of clothing on Boxing Day. I had enquiried prior to purchasing at this store (Wellington Cuba Street) if an exchange was possible and knew that it was. The sales assistants said they could not exchange my item on Boxing Day.or the day after. When I asked why, they said it takes up too much time!! At this time no one else was being served by the 3 sales assistances. I chose an item to exchange and asked could they hold until a day I was allowed to return, they said no. I said could I buy now and get refunded the next to I returned they said no. Eventually they said I could exchange my item but I needed to stand to one side until they served the person behind. They eventually served me, the exchange took on longer than a couple of minutes. This no exchange policy on Boxing Day and the day after makes me think it has nothing to do with time and all to do with not wanting a customer to benefit from the sale. Be honest with your customers or let your staff decide if they are too busy. I will not be a returning customer.

   My retail experience here was just OK. But found out Huffer is New Zealand snowboarding brand from the 90s and wanted to support local. I came by and found out they have an awesome sale and scored myself a super cool superdown puffer jacket! Chuffed about my purchase :)

   I used to be a big fan of Huffer but I had a really bad experience recently. I called the store yesterday with a simple question, and the person who answered was super rude and hostile. I asked my question politely, but the response I got was totally unprofessional. I've worked in customer service for years, so I get that it can be tough. But no matter what kind of day you're having, customers should always be treated with respect. This experience really changed how I feel about Huffer.
