“Lanes was a great spot for a quick bowling session and some drinks! We had some free time before heading to the airport, so we stopped by for a game of bowling—some of us grabbed drinks too. It was a great time! The place has a cool vibe, with retro games adding to the fun. The bowling lanes also have a unique touch with blue lighting, which gives it a different feel compared to most bowling alleys. The staff were awesome as well. Would definitely recommend stopping by if you have some time to kill and enjoy some retro games!”

“We were served by a lovely young lady in the paint department who helped us find the right paint to match the small sample we gave her. She was very professional and went out her way to find what we needed. If we could remember her name we would recommend people go see her.”

Range of pricing also discussed when discussing options fit for purpose. The staff member who served me was interested in helping come up with a solution. Easy access and parking, I went in early Saturday morning.”

Daughter 6 years old bday asked for toy called Furreal Friends Snackin' Sam The Bronto, and she was super helpful in agreeing to help, while I arranged a courier to be shipped for Auckland. “New World is very close to my house and the best place to go shopping to. It has food for years, has food for anything you’re looking to get. They have a good service, very easy shopping with the staff and clearly marked aisles. They have kind chatty staff and the staff can easily help you find what you’re looking for. They never run out of stock, so if what you’re looking for isn’t there, ask staff to get it. New World is definitely one of the greatest shopping markets in NZ.”

“It's a huge outdoor playground with an older kids area, younger kid locked and fenced area, and an accessible toilet. The facilities are well maintained and all functional. The toilet and the playground are clean and tidy. There's ample free off street parking right at the entrance of the park.”

“Frequent visitors to this store because of how well catered it is for kids. Our 3 year old had an accident at Bunnings Petone on the weekend and the staff were so incredible - knew the process,everyone helped accordingly and followed up with a phone call later that day and a gift sent via post. Couldn’t have felt better looked after and cared for - thank you team !!”

“Staff are bubbly and very kind - man behind register literally singing songs and cheerful. They had many well known branded clothing and it was not ridiculously priced. Store is very clean and changing rooms are spacious. Doors automatically open which is helpful when walking out with your hands full of items purchased :)”

“Perfecto. Staff were awesome. Some noise inside by inconsiderate guests arriving late at night but no noise from outside at all. Location perfect, we flew at 6am. Have stayed probably 4 or 5 x now and have already rebooked for my next trip.”

“Everything from check in to check out was on point. Great friendly and helpful staff at the front desk. Helped us with our parking solution promptly and without any hassles. Great food and drinks from the bar, and the staff there were amazing as well. The cleaners kept the room immaculate during our stay. Would definitely stay there again without hesitation.”
