I was served by the lovely Kimberly who helped me with fitting the harnesses and also with carrying one of them out to my car( I’m currently injured with a back problem). Really appreciated your help Kimberly and also the nice guy who clipped their nails. I will be back. Great shop with helpful staff.”

“Wonderful hotel in a perfect location. The rooms are extremely comfortable in the pool. Deck is very modern and beautiful. We had to catch a late flight and they were super accommodating and allowed us to stay at the hotel until 2:00 p.m. for no extra charge.”

“It was an amazing final stop on North Island, we travelled by car from Auckland. Fully equipped room incl washing and drying machine, was a bless. Fully equipped kitchen if you'd like to cook during holiday time. Breakfast has some options however there's no coffee machine or veggie options. It's really close to historical/government city part.”

“This hotel is absolutely lovely! It is comfortable, light, modern and the staff is super friendly. The kitchen is well equipped with modern appliances. It's not very close to the city centre, but close to the ferry, so that's very nice if you have to board at seven in the morning.”

“Animals are well taken care of and healthy. Workers are proactively helpful and understand the animals in their shop. I've purchased everything from aquariums and axolotls to guinea pigs there and each person understands and advises the owner correctly. I've even seen a denial of sale with a worker concerned over the health and wellbeing of an animal there. Highly recommended. “Loved our stay at Raumati Sands so much we extended an extra night from our original booking. Our apartment was immaculate, had great amenities and was quiet. Lovely pool area. Beach, park, cafes and restaurants all within a 1-2min walk. We look forward to staying again next year.”

“Easy check-in. The room was very nice with a retro style. The bathroom was HUGE, the shower was a great size with a fold down seat and a washer / dryer combo machine. The Museum of New Zealand Te Papa Tongarewa is a 5 min walk and a must visit to see the Gallipoli: The Scale of Our War exhibition. Lots of restaurants close by! Parking can be tough to find!”

“I can't recommend Purrville highly enough. My cat Marmite has been a guest several times and we have had positive experiences each time. The staff are friendly, reliable and reassuring. Purrville is clean and has lots of toys and walkways that keep the cats entertained. The staff always look after my anti-social kitty and are experts at providing the balance between space and attention that she needs. We will be back!”

She did a fab job on Monty who came out looking very neat and tidy and he smelled and felt lovely. I highly recommend Dee.”
