“Great store, huge variety at good pricing with friendly helpful service. Just bought an office chair. We've had one of theirs for a while and they are great chairs. Hence being a repeat customer. There are a variety of different styles to suit different body shapes with a variety of price levels. All with adjustable just about everything and optional aspects, like head rests. I can't go past the lumbar support and durability. Thanks Lower Hutt branch!”

I am super happy with the experience, the staff were amazing and made it a great positive experience given my first time doing this. They had even given me copies of her paw prints and some of her fur to take. 10/10 experience.”

“If you are looking for a doggy daycare I highly recommend the dog garden. The super friendly staff are amazing with all breeds of dogs, they care for them like their own and the area is great for the dogs to run around but also socialise, learning and developing their senses. They are not locked in kennels at all like most daycares which isn’t fair on the dog. They also do photos throughout the day so you know how your baby doggy is doing! Only love for this place ❤️❤️❤️”

“I have been to quite a few different vets and I can say hands down that they have been the best to deal with. We have to purchase our cat's food from a vet and this clinic has been the only one who can keep on top of their stock and not make it a huge deal for us to need to purchase it from them! They are also helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and compassionate when our pet needs them. They also have amazing and accessible opening hours. It's so nice to be able to deal with a company who understand many people work 9-5 and simply can't make it during work hours. I highly recommend them!”

“Went with my friend to take her dog here. It was Anzac day and Charlie went out of his way to meet us at the clinic to treat the dog. He was quick and thorough and gave us good advice for after care and his costs were very reasonable considering it was after hours / public holiday”

“We spent a night at the motel and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The cabin was an affordable and comfortable option. Spare blankets were available,the sheets were of a good quality and the room was warm. We slept peacefully and I love the country setting. A nice swimming pool is available which would be fun to use in the warmer months. It was a great location for us being near the Cape Palliser Lighthouse,the Pinnacles and Lake Ferry. The hosts were friendly and told us about things we could see and do. Hopefully we can return next year!”

“Our stay at Sofitel Wellington was absolutely wonderful. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a welcoming and elegant atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. They were full of local knowledge and pointed us toward some fantastic nearby attractions, which really enhanced our visit. The location was perfect — close to plenty of activities and great places to explore, all within easy walking distance. We also thoroughly enjoyed both dinner and breakfast at the hotel; the food was outstanding and truly one of the highlights of our stay. Overall, we had such a memorable experience at Sofitel Wellington. Thank you to the entire team for your warm hospitality and exceptional service — we can’t wait to return!”

“HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! This was the first time our fur baby's have been away from us so I wanted to make sure I was looking for the perfect place to make them feel safe, happy and well cared for. This place ticked all the boxes and did not disappoint, I can't thank Cindi & Kelvin enough for looking after my pups, when I picked them up they were happy, cheerful, clean and full of life as i had left them. My boy isn't very fond of the dark and they catered to his needs with no issues at all. They are both welcoming and wonderful people who know their stuff, my dogs now have a home away from home that I can trust. Thank you again :)”

My clients are always happy and can't speak highly enough about the vets here, especially Kiki. The vet nurses here are wonderful especially Juli, who I've had many great interactions with.”

“I really was so impressed and thankful for the service at this vet clinic this morning. Our cat had an injury, and despite not having an appointment, they slotted him right in and did an assessment and treatment right away. It was really quick but thorough service, their team was so friendly and helpful and our cat was home within about 2 hours of us realising he was hurt. “I have been so lucky to have the team at Upper Hutt Vets looking after both my dog Shade and myself. Shade has had a number of health issues since I got him and he’s had to have multiple surgeries and trips to Massey. The team at Upper Hutt Vets has always been so caring and so devoted to looking after Shade and doing the absolute best thing for him. Even when he’s been at Massey I have had calls from the vets and from the vet nurses checking in and following up with me to see how things are going. Shade can be a little be anxious when it comes to being handled by anyone that’s not me. The team have worked really hard to get Shade comfortable and have been so accommodating in figuring out the best way to treat Shade without conflict. I feel so lucky and grateful that we found such amazing caring people to help us through incredibly difficult times.”
