   Wasn't going to write a review for our stay here but the pleasant experience my Wifey and I had here has convinced me otherwise! Staff were all universally friendly and helpful. We arrived early around 10am of our checkin day, well ahead of our 2pm checkin time. We intended to drop our bags and kill some time in town but Reception made an effort to check with House Keeping if they had done our room already, which they had so we quickly got settled in. Everyone was super friendly, even House Keeping had a good chat in the elevator. Room had Chanui branded teas and Bloom brand cookies (2x shortbread and 2x choc chip). Comes with dishwasher and washing machine (with enough detergent for two loads each I believe). My Wifey is a light sleeper but had no trouble sleeping here. I did notice you can hear into the hallway quite easily but other guests were super respectful and didn't have any loud conversations in the hallway. I note the hotel has a no party policy and do ask guests to not be noisy in the hallway. Will definitely stay here again.

   Stayed here the night before and night of my wedding. The staff very kindly gave us a bottle of rose and arranged our towels in the shape of a swan. They also left us a lovely card. The room was also nice and the staff friendly. Would absolutely recommend.

   Quest was luxurious, well appointed and generally a great base for our stay in Wellington. Our room was upgraded to an apartment with beautiful luxurious bedding, a neat little kitchen with tea, coffee and hot chocolate. There was even a washer and dryer. It really was ideal. After a long day of exploring it was perfect to return to Quest to relax. Thank you so much.

   Conveniently located around the ferry terminals, railway station, and stadium, Quest on Thornton is a nice hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, with all necessities and amenities provided. The staff were professional and courteous in spite of my very late check-in. I would highly recommend Quest on Thornton if you want to stay in the area.

   This hotel is absolutely lovely! It is comfortable, light, modern and the staff is super friendly. The kitchen is well equipped with modern appliances. It's not very close to the city centre, but close to the ferry, so that's very nice if you have to board at seven in the morning.

   Staff were excellent. The rooms are very basic but comfortable. In the dead of winter I found the heating was not sufficient and was very cold at night in the apartment. Appliances and finishes are fairly mediocre.
