“I initially stumbled across Felix n Fido from a Dog Breeders recommendations and can definitely say I'm happy for this suggestion. I have bought all my dogs toys, bowls, etc from Felix n Fido. When comparing prices with the larger well known stores, the FnF prices were 90% of the time, significantly lower; the other 10% of the time they were lower or line ball. Being a local, family run business, I'd much rather support FnF than the larger companies who would more than likely have some significant buying power from their suppliers which SHOULD decrease the item cost but choose not to pass those savings on to the customer. In the past I was after a specific product from 'Aussie Dog', FnF at the time didn't stock this brand however were keen to help out, just 5 days later FnF had contacted their suppliers and my desired product was available for pickup! From organising the product, shipping from AUS to NZ available in 5 days, needless to say I was very happy with the service, and still am to this day!”

Lottie was so absolutely over the moon to see Luca again that I knew signing her up for Welly Dogs was the right decision. “If you are looking for a doggy daycare I highly recommend the dog garden. The super friendly staff are amazing with all breeds of dogs, they care for them like their own and the area is great for the dogs to run around but also socialise, learning and developing their senses. They are not locked in kennels at all like most daycares which isn’t fair on the dog. They also do photos throughout the day so you know how your baby doggy is doing! Only love for this place ❤️❤️❤️”

“The level of professionalism along with the genuine compassion for animal care are amongst the highest I have experienced in my 12 years of having dogs. I could not recommend this place enough. Helen at Rappaw Titahi bay saw my dog promptly after receiving my distressed email about the increasing frequency his back end was collapsing on him. We have been seeing Helen on a fortnightly basis over the past year. Helen is a wonderful hydrotherapist as well as an extremely knowledgeable animal physiotherapist. Helen also explains what exercises we can be doing at home which are beneficial for helping our dog to maintain strength and stability for longevity which makes us feel like there are things we can do to help the dog in between sessions or in place of a session. Our dog has now been seeing Helen for over a year and we have witnessed the progress our boy has been doing. He has gone from collapsing and stumbling to maintaining himself and being able to manage his short walks better than he started out a year ago, despite being a year older from building up strength with the hydrotherapy.”

“I cannot recommend Gone to the Dogs Kennels and Cattery in Judgeford highly enough! They went above and beyond to accommodate a last-minute booking over Christmas for my golden retriever, Bailey, and also took fantastic care of my two British Shorthair cats, Rocket and Ivy. The facilities are absolutely top-notch, clean, and well-maintained. The team’s customer service is simply amazing—they were so friendly, understanding, and genuinely cared about my pets’ well-being. A huge thank you to the staff for making this experience stress-free and ensuring my pets were so well cared for. “Great store, huge variety at good pricing with friendly helpful service. Just bought an office chair. We've had one of theirs for a while and they are great chairs. Hence being a repeat customer. There are a variety of different styles to suit different body shapes with a variety of price levels. All with adjustable just about everything and optional aspects, like head rests.
