They responded quickly to emails/calls and also worked to locate a part in NZ so that I wouldn't have to be without my morning toast waiting for a part to arrive from overseas. I also found their prices to be very reasonable. Thanks to them I can happily making toast again and with a bit of luck my Dualit workhorse will be making toast for another 20 years!”

    “Took the car in for a minor issue and a wof. Ended up spending a fair bit to get the car up to WOF standard including fixing the horn I hadn't used since the last WOF. Got the car back after they said it was all fixed. Checked everything when I got home and horn didn't work. Contacted the team and they bent over backwards to get the issues resolved, ensure we weren't put out, and got everything sorted the next day. Great experience, good team, if you bring your car here they will look after you.”
