Great workmanship and fast turnaround. Same day service is a godsend for not having to send things like Fox X2 dampers away and missing valuable riding days.
Luke is great. He does great work, at a good price and fast turnarounds. I've had him work on my suspension 2x and I would recommend him to anyone in the Wellington region.
Luke knows his stuff and is easy to deal with, he went out of his way to accommodate a quick turnaround for me when my shock blew up just prior to a trip away. Ended up upgrading shock seals and fork bushings for me when serviced too- everything feels super-smooth now. Would definitely recommend and will be back next time I need something.

I had Luke carry out a well overdue rebuild on my DVO Jade X shock which I bought "off the shelf" and never had properly tuned. I'm a womble and don't know what's good or bad so I gave him some basic info about my riding and ability, shock delivered as quoted and on time. Feels amazing having it set up properly for me! Can't believe the difference. Great service and advice, just booked my forks in for a service too.
Haven't been there yet but the communication is exceptional. Fair price and knowledgeable with good advice. Looking forward to spending many pennies here update: bike back, suspension feels incredible. wont hesitate to use Luke again.
