Fantastic service from Dan! Contacted Easy as about repairing my cracked laptop screen--Dan was super knowledgeable and had excellent communication. Laptop was picked up and dropped off to my house and the repair was done quickly and professionally. Highly recommend!

Dan is excellent. I needed something simple (fans replaced). He had the fans in stock, which made things quick and simple from my end - he got back to me very early in the New Year (the actual service was on 3 JAN 25!, offering to pick up and drop off inside Porirua. I declined because I live in an awkward spot, but he was entirely happy for me to lurk around while he made a rapid repair (and a pretty deep clean of the PC while he was there.) The price was outstanding for the service, it was simple, quick, and the PC is behaving like new. I would strongly recommend this supplier to folks with even simple problems, the service was crackerjack.
I was ready to throw a brick at my computer. It had slowed right down and apps kept crashing. Dan visited, and literally within 3 minutes he could identify where the problem lay. He took it away, ran some further tests, and replaced a crucial out-dated component. Two days later he returned and it’s like having a new computer. Dan is knowledgeable, and excellent at explaining things to a technophobe like me. He works extremely quickly, is honest with his options, and is a really nice guy. I highly recommend the company.
Dan built my first ever P.C about a year ago, and I have to say I am just as happy now than I was when I first got it. I had a vision for my computer. I explained what I wanted and he went above and beyond to make sure my vision came true (He even did a custom paint job on the case!). Dan built me a custom PC for gaming with very specific details. He went above and beyond with his service and communications. The custom pc was done with such detail, right down to custom pink glitter paint job and rgb lightening. Highly recommend his workmanship, his friendly down to earth nature and taking the time to explain my new build.
