   Sort the lighting out guys. Great clothes, and lovely assistants, but terribly unflattering lighting in changing rooms. The good designer stores invest in beautiful lighting to make you feel good in their clothes (take Saba, Kowtow, for example). Not this one. That combination of harsh down light warm and cool bulbs shows up every lump an bump. I doubt I'm the only one who has been put me off buying a number of things. Have mentioned this to the lovely assistants on my last three visits. Always in agreement but share the store manager doesn't think lighting matters. It does. Time for a spruce up! :)

   I had a great experience here recently, I walked in with the intent to just get a black suit jacket. I was assisted by the fabulous store manager and ended up learning a lot about why I was struggling with the latest clothing trends and how to make them work for me. She knows her stuff and I walked out with not only a great jacket but a few other things that have made me feel much more confident about dressing more fashionably. Will definitely be back!

   The customer service is poor. The young retail assistant was about to put her hand up the skirt I was trying on without asking my permission. I just needed to be asked to pull the lining down. The other assistant could not see why I was upset so no support. I walked out. I went to David Jones and experienced top level service. Social distancing is being practised there which I appreciated. Veronika Maine in Sydney is excellent but not in Wellington.
