Poor customer service, staff was answering questions like she don’t wanna help . Customer service in Wellington city MIRROU is good but not here at this store . No greeting , no smile, terrible experience . Clothing selection is good & affordable. Poor ratings for poor customer service
Affordable shopping with many options during sale. Sometimes collection is also good like skirts, jackets, dresses, summer wear, etc. I regularly buy from Mirrou. Don’t like dressing rooms much as very few hooks for hanging clothes so if you want to try 5+ then it would be challenging. I always end up with 5+ items so very irritating for me.
Clothes are cheap, but not great quality. You get what you pay for. But such a bad customer service! There were two people working there today and they were not great to deal with.
The customer service at Mirrou is lovely, and their prices are reasonable, none of the clothes are overpriced. I appreciate that the shop lighting isn't overbearing as well. I bought an amazing shirt yesterday that had dogs on it, it's my new favourite thing :) Recommended.
Good place to get affordable dress and accessories for ladies.. great variety of collection.. may be the cheaper one in Wellington city!
