“Lovely store. Well laid out, spacious, good lighting, good range of products, friendly staff. We are just visiting the area for a short time so could not buy much but my daughter was pleased to find VerMints (the ginger mint flavour, which I was first introduced to by a friend in the US and they can be hard to find in NZ), coconut water, and Proper Crisps corn chips (which can be hard to find in our home town). We also got some Clipper tea advent calendars for her and her sister later this year.”

“You can find the smallest of knick knacks, art & craft, simple hardware that you need there. Extremely fun place to be. It is organised enough as a place without being too 'frilly'. Baskets/trolleys for customers available as it is a big warehouse place.”

“Moved to Ngaio a few months ago and have been in here a few times - HOW ABSOLUTELY LOVELY ARE THEY?! ALL OF THEM!!! A genuine, effortlessly friendly and welcoming vibe and I see them treat ALL their customers this way. “There are 2 dairys (convienamce store) that sell food items in Hataitai. Milk, eggs tea, bags ... all your common things. This is the bigger of the 2. Also they sell beer and wine. A Lotto counter is there as well. Staff are friendly. Some things are expensive like meat, but if you are in need of something quick and don't want to go to Kilbirnie supermarkets this is convenient.”

Baby City was the best customer service by far and were so helpful answering all our questions. The staff are well trained with their product knowledge and it really made us feel better about spending hundreds on a buggy. “Another great store. I was very surprised to see such a huge array of different coffee brands. From Italian to Belgium. Parking is fine & has direct access to carts & trolleys before & after entry. The service was warm, polite & hospitable. A huge selection of goods at various prices made it fun to shop & ease of choice. I recommend a visit, if just to sample some of their amazing selections of coffee, cheeses, biscuits & a lot more. You will not be disappointed. Don't forget your coupon book, every little saving goes along way.”
