   I was passing through this area and noticed the store right on the side of the road in a busy area near KFC. I popped in to pick up one product which I have searching for a week now and walked around instead. The store was beautifully arranged and got meticulously stacked in aisles and I did not have trouble looking for the items in each aisle as they had labels from groceries, gluten free items, hair products, have creams, body lotions, great selection of supplements and anxiety roll on. The staff was kind and check up if I needed help. He looked up the requested items immediately on their systems and they ran out which is understandable or may not be in stock anymore. Ended up having a lovely chat and jokes about the muscle gaining products and well-being in general. Highly recommend this store when it comes to neatness and support.

   Worse customer services. I walked in and said hello to the young girl at the counter who didn't even acknowledge me and looked away. Needless to say I walked straight back out again. I no longer live here, but thought I'd pop in for a few things. Not so welcoming and friendly as it use to be. Very disappointing.

   Lovely, helpful staff and a really good range of supplements. Sadly, the counter food is not very nice, and the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars. But the fresh produce is excellent and they have a wide range of special foods. They are also open long hours.

   I popped into this store for the first time yesterday. I was very impressed with the cleanliness and organisation of the store. All the shelves were well stocked and there was a good range of products. I asked a staff member a question about a product and although she did not know much about it she was still very helpful. Overall, a lovely pleasant shopping experience with positive energy vibes. I would shop there every week if I lived close by. Well done CS Kilbirnie.
