Visited Eastbourne on Saturday just for some ice creams for my grandchildren, and received THE BEST, customer service I have ever experienced in my life from the woman with the blonde ponytail and heavy eyeliner. Will definitely be back again.

Weird and rude service especially the Indian lady always looking angry
I went in to buy bottle water and local gourmet icecream. This is an amazing little place that had every thing. It is the only place in the village as the one stop shop with many selections. The icecream was 13 nzd for a quart but it was well worth it.

New owners. Great selection. Convienient for Eastbourne locals and visitors. Open daily from 8am to 8pm. Good selection of meat, small goods, fruit and veges and has a Post Shop attached too.
Previously ive never had an issue with this place But yesterday, 20 January, That Old fullah on checkout is nothing but a rude, grumpy and arrogant tosspot. No greeting, No thank you, No communication whatsoever, Left the place thinking this guy needs a major attitude adjustment and needs to retire....NEVER will i visit this place again.
