Recently purchased a wool/possum blend beanie that turned out to be a flimsy piece of itchy crap suited more to tropical conditions than anything else. "Fine merino wool"...my arse! With the international postage and other hidden costs it simply wasn't worth it. I could have purchased a quality Australian made item (made from proper wool) for significantly less. It went straight in the bin....thanks Bros!

Had a mix up with order for gloves. Was unhappy and communicated this, followed promptly by a phone call from the manager. I found out it was mostly out of their control. For my part I over reacted and the shop attendant recieved the brunt of it. Which I regret. They have so generously gifted me the gloves and I'd like to thank both the manager and the shop attendant. They obviously care about customers and definitely deserve five stars.
I bought the Possum-Merino 'Touch' Gloves. I am absolutely delighted! The Gloves are real toasty-warm and comfortable. All touchscreen actions, on my touchscreen PC and phone, are as if I was not wearing them - remarkable. I was looking to purchase a pair of EB Tolley Glen Moccasins (NZ Made) during the Level 4 Covid-19 Lockdown, I have had them before and they are great so I was really happy when I discovered the Possum Boutique sold these, and more so that they were selling them during the lockdown and they were local to me. I made contact via email and Cecil helped me with the sizing so I placed an order online. The order arrived a couple of days later and I am really happy with my purchase, I have warm feet and I really happy to have been able to support two local business. Great work Cecil.
