“Perfect for a business/leisure two day stay. The room was immaculate and fresh. We had everything you could possibly need. Check on and out was a breeze. Location was perfect walking distance to beach and shops.”

“I stayed here for 1,5 month and it has been a great experience! Loved the mount, loved the staff, hostel was clean and well maintained. A little pricy but worth the cost. Close to the beach and not too far from the bars. I really enjoyed my stay here and it will always have a place in my heart! The only feedback I have is that the bunk beds are wobbly and only the bottom bunk has curtains.”

“We were really impressed with Haley and her team and Beyonder as our property manager. Their communication and professionalism in the way they handled our property meant our guests were always well looked after and happy and took the worry away from us. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a property manager!”

“Lovely place and lovely people. Everything was pristine and calm. They even bought us expensive yoghurt because they thought we were in a triathlon, also home made cookies!! Definitely 10/10 recommend to anyone, and such a great location. This place will be my regular when we stay at the Mount.”

“We had a wonderful stay at the Seascape Villa B&B! David and Tatiana are super welcoming and friendly, they greeted us upon arrival, showed around the place and provided great local recommendations for dining and exploring the area. Our room had a great view, and was top notch comfortable and clean. The breakfast was exceptionally good and included crepes, fresh fruit, yoghurt, a selection of jams, cheese and ham, cereal and eggs. Overall, would highly recommend staying with Tatiana and David while you are in the area!”

“What an amazing place to stay! Owners are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the area. Rooms are well maintained and serviced daily to a high standard. Great swimming pool with towels provided for the pool and a trip to the beach! Centrally located and great for trips all around Tauranga. I truly believe this is the best motel I've ever stayed in! Highly recommend staying there.”

“Very nicely appointed rooms. I don't tend to fall asleep easily but the bed, pillows, and linen were perfection and I slept better than I have in months. Location is great, a very short walk to shops, eateries etc... Bonus points for the fair trade hot drink provisions and the Forest and Bird toiletry products. Definitely recommend and would absolutely stay here again.”

“Very good accommodation. Very clean, very nice service, quiet, location close enough to both Papamoa and Mt Maunganui. Only slight issue was the shower could have had better shampoo/body wash.”
