Good little motel. The room's there are really nice. Service is awesome and location for me was awesome too stayed there while my wife was waiting to give birth as we are from Whakatane. So the motel is only a few minute drive from the hospital.
Fantastic place to stay. Kris and staff were awesome. Top notch hospitality, very friendly and knowledgeable. Very comfortable and well maintained/serviced rooms, close to hospital and shopping complexes in all directions. We had 2 rooms and our whanau thoroughly enjoyed our stay. If ever we have to stay in Tauranga again, this is the place we will stay without hesitation. Highly recommended.
Just enjoyed a faultless stay at Colonial Court with our baseball club. Kris was a superb host who went over and above to ensure our stay was a good one. The facilities are top notch and units are very well equipped. It made our life as a travelling sports team so much easier. Thank you
By far and away the best accommodation in Tauranga. As a heavy traveler for work purposes I/we stay NO where else. Kris is a superb host, friendly, respectful and knowledgeable on all matters local. Never a task or request too difficult, finesse touches and well thought out rooms. Highly recommend.
What an amazing place to stay! Owners are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the area. Rooms are well maintained and serviced daily to a high standard. Great swimming pool with towels provided for the pool and a trip to the beach! Centrally located and great for trips all around Tauranga. I truly believe this is the best motel I've ever stayed in! Highly recommend staying there.
I love staying at a motel where the owner is hands on. The attention to detail is a cut above average. To come back to the room, after a long day out and about, and find the heating on was so much appreciated. This motel is clean and well appointed. Thank you for a great stay. Highly recommended

A great place to stay. Traveling for work and have stayed multiple times so far. I wouldn't stay anywhere else. Good location, warm, comfy, clean and safe. The onwer is an absolute legend and great host. Highly recommend.
Stayed over the weekend, first time with Cocomo and will be our go-to place from now on. Felt comfortable, owners were so nice and checked in if we had everything we needed here and there (if we had our door open) or if we were outside. They definitely care about their customers which is always a plus! Very clean with everything in walking distance. Had the pleasure of meeting George the cat before checking out too which perked up my morning βΊοΈ Thankyou again!
