“Our stay was absolutely positively fantastic. The quality of the apartment was above and beyond our expectations. Staff were very helpful, location was only a 5 min walk to the main shops and the beach was literally across the road. We live in Auckland and Esta has got such a good name for herself that when we talked to an Auckland Quinovic branch they even knew who she was! “Had an amazing stay in one of the two bedroom apartments this weekend! The facilities are awesome! Shower pressure is great! Washing machine and dryer and dishwasher provided! The pool and spa were such a treat. The place was quiet and even though there were no other vacancies, we didn’t pass a single person on the foyer or corridors. The beds are super comfy and the aircon was lovely as it was muggy over the weekend. A massive thanks to Toni for organising our last minute stay and adding our niece on last minute. She gave us extra bedding for the couch bed and added a small fee. Toni was an amazing host and we felt well taken care of - being from out of town. She was extremely welcoming to us and we cannot wait to come back! We will be back! ♥️♥️”

“Bloody good. We had a really nice room with views of the pool, tennis court and Mt Maunganui. Well appointed and perfect for our family of four. Very close to beach (across the road). Has everything we could wish for. Staff on reception very nice.”

“It was a bit above my regular budge, but well paid for a nice, very clean and comfortable studio apartment. We had great view and all the conveniences we needed around us. I'll definitely consider to come back! Staff was very friendly too.”

“Reading the reviews, I was worried about the service here, but it wasn't nearly as bad as people have posted. Only real concern is that I didn't realize we had to be there by 1900 for check in. Accidently got there right on time. We had the penthouse and the views were spectacular, not to mention the fully equipped kitchen, wrap around deck with glass doors that open up all the way to provide an unobstructed view. Each room and a bathroom so no arguments about space. Private parking is very convenient. In room laundry was great.”

“We are french visiting Mount Maunganui and rent this seaview luxury appartment. We really enjoyed the comfort, the sea view, the included swimming pool and to be closed to hot pools for massage, to the trail on Mount Maunganui, the restaurants and bars. The building is located between the Bay of Plenty and the Pilot Bay. Our host Shelley was a very careness person and clear in her explanations.”

“We had a great stay. The rooms were clean, tidy and spacious. The staff at the front desk were extremely helpful which was appreciated. The security was brilliant with keyed access only and a car park which was undercover and secure. Location was close to shops but far enough away to remove ourselves from the crowds. A leisurely 5 minute stroll down to all the restaurants and bars which was great. 2 min walk to beach - amazing. Thanks for hosting us and see you again soon”

“We really loved our stay at the Atrium Apartments. Our apartment had lovely sea views to wake up to every day. Everything was clean and tidy. The apartment was fully self-contained with fridge, washing machine, and dryer. We loved being in walking distance to the Mount, beach, spa pools, shops, and restaurants.”

“Highly recommend this property. We were a family of 4 (2 adults 2 kids) + 2 Grandparents. We found the communication and response to be excellent. Walked into a clean, comfortable and modern accomodation which had a fully equipped kitchen, downstairs for our family and upstairs for the grandparents. Practical to have a washing machine and dryer to keep up with busy children but the heated rooftop pool was the best, we all enjoyed the views of the ocean and Mt Maunganui-handy to shops, dairy, beach and eateries. We most certainly will be booking this little treasure again! Thank you Helen and Shelley for being responsive with our booking and helpful during our stay, we really appreciate it.”
