   Great location, and it’s wonderful staying somewhere so new! Exceptional customer service from Marlena — when the Chromecast didn’t work, she went above and beyond to try and sort it out. We chose Quest because it’s a trusted brand, and it’s great to have one in this area. This will definitely be our go-to base whenever we’re staying here.

   Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Quest Mt Maunganui. Great location - especially to visit the Saturday markets! - and staff were very friendly. Studios are a generous size, extremely clean and tidy, nicely appointed and was a great choice for our getaway! Highly recommend

   My wife and I enjoyed our stay here at the Quest Mt Maunganui. Check in was easy and staff were helpful. Room was very cozy with a modern setting to it. Amenities included a washing machine & dryer, as well as the usual things such as iron etc. Street parking was easy and everything such as shops & restaurants were close by. Very pleasant stay overall. Street noise was a little loud at times, but this was due to it being a Saturday night plus the car culture; to be expected. Will definitely stay again, thanks team.

   Perfect for a business/leisure two day stay. The room was immaculate and fresh. We had everything you could possibly need. Check on and out was a breeze. Location was perfect walking distance to beach and shops.

   Room 102 has a known issue with the Port of Tauranga (according to The Quest Mount Maunganui) causing sickening low frequency vibrations / infrasound in the room - making it difficult to work and hard to sleep. Noise wasn't present in the adjacent room (had a colleague staying next door). When this was raised with the staff they said duty manager would investigate and call me back. I had to follow up with duty manager as no contact and they immediately acknowledged that they knew about this and it had happened before. Was unable to move rooms as they were full. Very unhelpful and difficult staff initially offered me no options and suggested I ring around and find some alternative accommodation (7:30 at night). They reluctantly found me a motel down the road and provided a refund on my Quest room. They should not be booking people into this room as they know this is an issue, acknowledged that other guests had complained about it, blamed the Port and felt that was the end of their duty. Trying to get a hold of the duty manager was not straight-forward having to explain each time to call centre staff why I was wanting to contact her - despite being given instructions to simply call her through that mechanism. Normally staying at a Quest is an easy, pleasant experience. Not this time, poor.

   Very nice new clean premises. In a good central location but just enough away from everything. Friendly staff. 10 - 15 minutes walk to the Mount itself and less to the beach.

   This Quest is located in a peaceful neighborhood. It's newly built, air conditioned, double glazed with fows and has a kitchen with primary kitchen tools. The lady at the reception, Joy, was a delight to talk to.

   Very new, they were only open for 3 days. So any criticism may be premature. Clean, tidy friendly unfortunately staff still under training and there is some construction going on. Great place, location, location location. Keep it up.
