“My wife had heard about this place through a patient of hers and had sent me the link as a place we must try. We finally got out there on lunchtime. My Coeliac wife was tempted by the Gluten Free sweet treats in the cabinet and I opted for a burger. We were initially confused as to who was staff in their plain clothes, and there seemed to be quite a few of them, but they were very friendly and polite. The food was exceptional. We really enjoyed the flavours in both the sweet and the burger, which were quite different to most places we visit. The coffee was also really good. We will gladly return to try other dishes on the menu.”

“I've been coming here for a couple of years now. I must say that 3116 produce the best cheese scones ever! I've travelled throughout NZ and tried various cheese scones but these are simply delicious. Home made everyday by the lovely owner herself. A must try, but leave some for me!”

I ordered a mega shake, and my god, this girl has such speed and power to make such an incredibly delicious shake in a flash. I couldn't erase that cheeky grin from my mind, it still lingers today. This girl, the one with the unforgettable auburn hair, hazel eyes, short hourglass physique, has earned you a new loyal customer ;)”

“Always great service and great food at reasonable prices. Called in this morning to pick up a Pastrami Beef Bagel, for my 96yr old uncle's lunch since he loves them so! I was dismayed to see none in the cabinet and asked whatever could I do so as not to disappoint him? Apparently they have been very busy and hadn't had time to make any but at the look on my face quickly offered to have two ready for pick up in 15mins. Very much appreciated and end result very happy uncle!”

“Superb steak and cheese pie. Massive and delicious sausage roll perfectly complemented by the coleslaw it came with. Shared a big bucket of fries that were amazing, best I’ve had in New Zealand (okay I’ve only been here a week but I’ve had quite a few in my life and these are up there). Was a bit weird that the chips came out before the pies but this worked out nicely, the aioli and salsa were great. Nice that the pastry goodies were warmed in the oven not a microwave. Coffees were excellent. Service was good. Toilets were clean. All easily accessible.”

“Great menu, lots of choice with good healthful ingredients. I had the halloumi vegetarian bowl (can’t remember the name of the dish) - it was delicious, with kale, beans, hummus, a fried egg with a gooey yolk. Coffee was strong and chocolatey, tasty. Nice place to set up and work, especially when the sun shines through the big windows. Also they do a special in the mornings - eggs on toast with free coffee”

“People, we have not been in a Starbucks for a long time however if one wants a real, delicious flavored latte coffee in a 16 onz (473ml) Grande cup this is the place! Sure the $7.30 price is up there however it is value for money if one likes their coffee not to mention all their other coffee options & sweet treats. “Was invited there for a birthday party this Saturday. Was very busy and yet the facility was clean and well run. I order a coffee and got it quickly and it was a great coffee too. Thee kids food in the party room was really nice. My kid lt me have some hot chips and they were actually really nice. Well done to all the staff working there. Great experience.”
