“Nice place and easy to get to from the motorway if your heading south but a bit tricky to get to if your heading north. We decided to try this pet motel as our usual pet motel was full and it ended up being cheaper. The owners are lovely people and they know what they are doing. However one downside is if your dropping of a dog and a cat you have to go to different entrances. However they also don't have eftpos but they will take cash or give you a bank transfer slip. Will happily use them again.”

“Have been taking my cat to Claire and Colin at vetcall for a few years now. I find them to be very thorough and caring veterinarians. The nurses here are super lovely as well. They do also offer afterpay as well as royal canin food bag and pouch recycling. Highly recommend this wonderful team!”

“Jorg is the kindest vet I have had. My Shepsky was very scared of letting the vet in his ears, so much so that he had to get him sedated for a general ear check up when we thought he had an infection in the past. Jorgs patience and caring nature helped my dog overcome the fear (I took him in daily to hang out with Jorg so he could play with his ears). Now I can even get ear drops in his ears at home! Can't recommend Jorg or the super friendly team more highly! Thank you, you have changed vet visits for us”

“We've had the absolute best experience with VSA. Had to bring in our dog twice for a suspected slipped disc, and ended up leaving him there the second time for IV fluids. He had a CT scan first thing in the morning; unfortunately he needed two spinal surgeries so he had to wait until the day after for proper planning, otherwise it would have been done straight after CT Scan while still under anaesthesia. We live far away so couldn't come for the scan results, but the surgeon took the time to show us the scans via a video call and made sure we understood what was happening and what needed to be done. They sent us frequent updates and were always highly professional. The surgery went extremely well and we were able to visit him the day after surgery. Thanks to their great care and our boys bravery and resilience, we were able to take our baby home just three days later. That whole event was really scary and exhausting for us, but we felt very supported and can honestly highly recommend them. 2x emergency visits, 4 nights stay, CT Scan, double surgery and meds was around 12k in total which is a lot, but we knew he had the highest quality care and that is definitely worth it for us. A huge thank you to the entire team who helped us - and most importantly, our good boy - get through this.”

They asked me exactly how I wanted her to look, and they made sure that she had the best experience ever. Being a puppy she's very social and active but she came out looking absolutely amazing and I couldn't have wished for a better job. Amazing team and fabulous groomers in a wonderful space with plenty of parking for a quick dash in and out.”

“I love getting a reminder via email and text that my fur baby is due for his yearly vaccines! Booking an appointment online is super easy, done in 1 minute tops. Once I got in the lovely ladies greeted me and I was seen very quickly. They listened to the concern I had with a bump on Alfies skin and took a look at it for me and gave me advice. Did the vaccine and I was good to go. My dog was very at ease in the patient room. Kumeu isn't local for us, but it is worth the drive for this kind of care.”

“Such awesome people who genuinely care. Used to take my old dog there and he loved it....years down the track and we take our bulldog there now. He's normally quite an anxious dog when Im not around but how do I know he loves the place? When I picked him up this week he jumped back out of car and had second thoughts about heading back in!”
