Good treatment for the animals, but not much explanation for me the owner, what to do and how to make if the things get out of the track.
There aren’t enough words to express the gratitude I have for the team at Koru vets the Mount. Their understanding and help towards not only pet care but Also bill payments during these tough times. They go beyond the means of just a vet practise. My cat was recently in for life saving surgery, something that hadn’t been done more than a handful of times on cats and Alex and the team were incredible. They sent me photo updates and kept in contact well after he was discharged. They have been my vet for 10 years and will continue to be my vet for many more years to come
Had an appointment for our cat whom we suspect uti. Was told consult was $85 cool no worries. Then we start doing tests and urine cultures without ANY warning or explanation on costs etc considering how much we all pay for a vet to begin with maybe explaining costs PRIOR so your clients know what to expect might be a good idea because springing $220 on someone for a urine lab test is a joke had I known or been told prior this would have been ideal just as a customer service this would definitely be more ideal than surprising someone AFTER. Because of the significant costs compared to many many other available vets we have been taking our animals else where vaccinations are a whopping $180 cheaper elsewhere than at this money driven vet clinic. Everything and I mean everything is cheaper at other vet clinics. Id really love to say id highly recommend this vet but sadly I really don't. Save your money and your hassles and go elsewhere We have changed vets and today just again proved why

Jorg is the kindest vet I have had. My Shepsky was very scared of letting the vet in his ears, so much so that he had to get him sedated for a general ear check up when we thought he had an infection in the past. Jorgs patience and caring nature helped my dog overcome the fear (I took him in daily to hang out with Jorg so he could play with his ears). Now I can even get ear drops in his ears at home! Can't recommend Jorg or the super friendly team more highly! Thank you, you have changed vet visits for us
Kindest vets. Cared for our big boy Max with the most care and respect. Would definitely recommend going there with your fur people
Good attention to detail. My cat needed cruciate ligament surgery on Christmas Eve day. This was done for and I was given a comprehensive rundown of after care. Post surgery their care has also been superb along with food advice and general health concerns.
Helpful and caring vets, got an appointment the same morning and followed up the next to check how our pet was
