   Thank you to Kelly & her team. I’ve just picked our Kitty up, who is relaxed & unchanged by her stay at Paws a while Cattery, great signs of a well run establishment. When searching the internet for a Cattery I had a chick list. 1. Who operates the Cattery & what is their knowledge, back story/history. 2. How do they receive enquiries & are they welcoming. 3. How will my cat interact with them. I absolutely believe I made the right choice. I was well informed of what to expect & how my fur baby was doing while we were away. Kelly & her team are number on my list to take care of my fur baby.

   Our girl loves coming here. The cattery is well set up, light, good airflow, never too crowded and just feels good. We've put our girl through a few catteries and this one is the o ly one she's really been settled, and happy in. Kelly and her team are fantastic!

   Environment is good. BUT the charge doesn’t make sense. We dropped our two cats at 6pm on Thursday and picked them up on Friday 4pm, not even 24 hours but they charged us 2 days fee instead of 1 day. Not happy with their policy.

   Kelly and her team really care about cats and their owners. My cat had two, one month stays this year. When I collected him it was evident he was happy, healthy and really well looked after. Kelly was very accommodating when my dates changed due to a delay outside my control. Highly recommend Paws-A-While for anyone seeking exceptional care for their cat.

   We viewed and liked it on the drop off day it was a house of horrors including the owner - we left our cats there overnight cancelled our overseas trip we were leaving the next day the expense was huge but our animals come first. Our bigger cat had not been fed or given his meds since we dropped off them off - the cattery owner had failed to mention they had cat flu recently and if our cats got it they would be put into their cages and left in there - it got worse the owner was going overseas and was leaving the care of all the cats with an employee who had 6 weeks training I would never ever recommend - it was appalling what Kelly did and told us - I am so so upset

   I had my cat in the cattery for a month ,I could not have been happier with his stay at paws awhile ,Kelly and her team are wonderful ,it took my boy over a week to get used to the cattery. As he had never stayed in one before ,now I wouldn’t hesitate to leave him with paws awhile if again necessary Excelkent Thank you Kelly x
