“Really great pool hall, extremely well priced to play pool, the food is a bit on the pricier side, but it is really high quality and tasty. Had the $31 burger which was never going to be the best value, but it was very nice. Had the ribs last time and the pizza too, all very nice. Some of the best thick cut fries I’ve had. Really great place, a local favourite.”

“My wife and I celebrated our 25th (Silver) Wedding Anniversary with a meal here. The food, service, and atmosphere were great. The view out over the Waitākere Ranges was beautiful, despite the overcast evening. It was unfortunate that we were unable to have our preferred and reserved outdoor seating, due to the verandah being inaccessible for wheelchairs.”

As someone who is quite particular when it comes to food, I must admit I was thoroughly impressed by the delicious pizzas. The flavors are truly one-of-a-kind, and the ingredients are spot on. With a wide variety of options, there’s something to suit every taste. As a fan of spicy food, I especially enjoyed the Tandoori and Supernova pizzas, as well as the Supernova fries. To top it off, the staff were incredibly friendly, making the whole experience even better. I’ll definitely be coming back, and I highly recommend Galaxy Pizza to all pizza lovers!”

“Hey guys I can just give my feedback and my experience, so last week I went at the chicken and chips shop in Newmarket and was stunned at the packet chips was going for $8 Irritated to my purchase a went to the shop next door which happened to be a Role on Don. Now take into account that I bought the last serving of spicy pork with noodle and rice. As the shop owner was about to close the restaurant for the night, I can honestly tell you is the best value for money. I am south African born in my partner is from the Philippines. We both have decided that this is by far the best Japanese food that we've ever eaten in years since lockdown actually. The guy was friendly as anything his shop is clean and everything you see was just absolutely perfect and in its place, the atmosphere was good and the guy actually takes a step back and wants you to decide what you actually want, another than the first thing you see, as some places would. I honestly recommend you go to this place. It is funny before I left the guy did say that the spicy pork is spicy I think it was delicious and spicy super duper 100% fantastic...”

“Have lived just down the road for 2 years, so thought it was time to try out the local Italian joint. Grabbed a takeaway lasagne (made in less than 10 minutes), walked home (less than 5 minutes), and chowed down. Super moist, super yum! “We had a delightful dinner at Siamese Doll recently. The flavours were amazing, portions were generous, the service was attentive without being overbearing. We had 2 entrees, 4 mains and a round of drinks for $60 a head, which I thought was great value. Great to see a busy restaurant on a Wednesday night! “I love this place! Really good food and service. Prices are reasonable, too. There's not really a downside, but if you're seated in the separate booths in the hallway, you lose some of the atmosphere, but if you're looking for some privacy, that's the spot. 5 stars!!”

“A tiny jewel hides in lovely St Heliers neighborhood. Booking is super easy - online or phone call. Parking is easy as. Quality, freshness and quantity of dishes achieved a great balance. Clean and tidy - toilet too (and not wet). Try and you will keep coming back.”

“Had a Christmas dinner with work mates last night and it was fabulous. The kai was great, starting with a generous entree and pizza plus generous mains and desserts. We had takeaway containers as we couldn’t finish everything. And the service was excellent, the whole team pitched in - it was a busy night. The restaurant was jam packed but that didn’t seem to phase the waiting team at all. Congratulations on a very busy but wonderful environment, service and kai!”
