   Nice place and very nice staff working here. In the center of town like the other restaurants. I looked up photos of the lasagna before I got there (I'm like that) and I ordered it. When I got it, it looked nothing like the photo of the one I saw sitting in a big pool of sauce. It was a little overcooked and dry but the flavor was good. I added the sauce my wife had leftover from her Rigatoni vodka dish and that helped a lot. Her rigatoni was super delicious, I will say that. I would say the portions are a little small, especially for the price. The pizza bread is just bread with garlic butter and cheese on it, it seems like it would come with a sauce but it doesn't.

   We loved the food, service and atmosphere! It reminded me the taste of Italy. glad was able to come here. I commend the in-training front of the house, Heidi. My family was so happy after our meal. We loved the Fettucini, Pizza and Tiramisu. Looking forward to be back again.

   Fantastic food and well worth the money. Great drinks menu, not a Gin drinker but the Gin, Elderflower and cucumber drink was beautiful. Atmosphere is cozy and warm with an open fire inside, and lighting is not overbearing. We were a table of 3 and we got the Spaghetti, Lasagna and Pork Belly. The pork was literally the best I've ever tasted and the portions were very generous (pasta is always deceiving), flavors were consistent and poignant throughout entire meal. Service was quick and the staff were very welcoming.

   I stopped for lunch, welcomed by staff. Ordered a lunch special, spaghetti with prawns,which was delicious. Friendly staff and nice glass of sparkling cuvée. Noticed they serve a seafood platter so have to check that out!

   The pizza was amazing, would give that 5 stars! We ordered a few dishes and the spaghetti was missed on the first serve so the person who ordered spaghetti had their food after we finished ours. The linguine had clam shells but no luck in finding the clams…however, the entrees were lovely! The tomatoes were fresh, sweet and flavorful and the duck liver was perfect. The atmosphere would have been 10/10 if the lighting was warmer. Dining under dim cold white light does not encourage appetite.

   The food here is great! 10/10 would definitely go back if in the area again. The atmosphere was a bit lacking, but to be fair we visited at the very start of a weekday lunch service so probably not the fairest time to assess that properly. I've eaten at their spot in Ohakune too and again the food was yum.

   Went here twice. Dined outside. Had the same waitress both times. She was wonderful, very pleasant! The spaghetti gamberi is fabulous! The lasagna is very good too, my husband ordered this, but the prawns are my favorite. The second time went we both order the spaghetti with the prawns as well as the arancini which were delicious! We shared a caramelized fig and honey Gelato and thoroughly enjoyed that as well. Service was wonderful!

   four of us had great cocktails..and the main meals were stunning...my wife and I had a dessert pizza..yummy...when we got back to our lodgings we noticed that they had changed us for 5 mains and not 4..we went back and they apologized with a refund..again the meal was fantastic...we also went back again a couple of weeks ago...hmm the lasagna was absolutely dry..what's happening guy...
