   I had a great experience at Pizza Hut thanks to Altaf. He was extremely polite, friendly, and professional throughout my visit. Altaf handled everything efficiently and made sure my order was correct and served on time. His positive attitude and excellent customer service really stood out and made the experience enjoyable. Employees like Altaf truly make a difference, and he is a great asset to the Pizza Hut team. I would definitely be happy to be served by him again.

   Ordered online 6 pizzas and sides last Friday to be delivered at 12.30 on Tuesday. Arrived 12.55 and everything was cold. All Boxes were squashed. Pizza toppings ok tho. Seemed to be plenty of toppings. I phoned at 12.40 to see where order and was told it should be there but then was another 15 minutes after that before it arrived. Pretty poor management when the order was completed 4 days before it was required. Will not be using this franchise again. It was a $200 order.

   I would say the employees working here are excellent. They are very customer friendly, and well mannered. More specifically, Altaf is an excellent person. I often see him working here. He will always make you feel good with his smiley face.

   Pizza was a mess with most of the cheese sitting in the middle of the box so when I picked up a piece all the cheese pulled off. And it looked like someone had cut a section out of one slice. Chips were cold.

   They had a good deal of 3 pizzas with 3 sides for $45 so we ordered it… the pizza was really delicious and it’s the best I’ve had since I came to Dunedin. I have to say I’m very impressed with the service and how fast our order came… will definitely be ordering again

   Ordered dinner that was 25 minutes late. App wouldn't load info on where the delivery driver was. Driver turned up in an unmarked vehicle with a random passenger. Pizza/sides were obviously cold/barely luke warm. Wrong address for delivery driver yet correct on my app - resolved cos i hit the street when they messaged that they'd arrived (yay - got one thing right - only cos I helped them out!). Barely any chicken on my 'chicken' pizza - one piece per sliice, maybe two on the odd slice. Lacking sauces and toppings. Just a terrible effort guys. Do better!

   Ordered online for delivery to an area of units so they had unit number. A delivery person turned up & i asked him if it was my order, he said no & gave another name. My order never came so rang pizza hut, they said yes was delivered, but explained my order didn't arrive, they didn't want to know, just said no was delivered so too bad. Tried to explain I was told by their delivery driver it wasn't my order but they didn't care so have taken my money & no food & they hung up on me. Was a regular customer here but they have zero customer service so never again & will spread the word.

   I recently had a highly disappointing experience with a pizza delivery service from Pizza Hut Dunedin North that failed to deliver my order for my son at his hostel. I placed my order well in advance, specifying the delivery time and providing clear instructions for my address. My son eagerly awaited the arrival of the pizza, However, the delivery never came, and there was no communication from the company regarding the delay or any attempts to rectify the situation. The representatives seemed disinterested and did not provide any clear explanation or resolution for the failed delivery. It was incredibly frustrating to be left in the dark, with no pizza and no reasonable explanation for the mishap. What bothers me most is the lack of accountability displayed by the company. They failed to take responsibility for their mistake and did not offer any compensation or alternative solutions. It's disheartening to see such a disregard for customer satisfaction and a lack of commitment to providing quality service. This experience has certainly left a bitter taste in my mouth, and I cannot recommend this pizza hut Dunedin North service to anyone.

   Owner is a real piece of work. My mom made an error in her online order and called up to see if it could be changed or fixed. According to owner pizzas and in the oven within 10 seconds of order being placed. Her was extremely standoffish and unhelpful. Not the first time we've been treated poorly. First time was ordering pizzas I including 1 Gluten-Free one. Was called on the way to pick up order that they didn't have any Gluten-Free bases left but that we could have a regular one (I cannot have gluten) and that the rest of our order was ready to be picked up. He was reluctant to give refund. Had to go to south Dunedin store to get pizza while the rest of the pizzas were cold by the time we finally got to eat We have had extremely greasy pizzas from them too. The boxes were soaked in grease.
