“Excellent experience at St Luke's Hannah's today. I had tried a shoe at a different branch but they didnt have my size. I phoned St Luke's and they put 2 pairs aside for me to try. When I arrived the shoes were ready and waiting and it made for a quick and easy purchase. The salesman was very friendly & helpful. Leah was super cheerful, friendly and helpful on the phone, telling me to come in and they would assist. Lilly, who served me, had just the same can do attitude.. issue fix in minutes and all with a huge smile and a truly warm and professional attitude. This is now the branch I will be using. “Kouzina was recommended to us by our kitchen designer. I visited the showroom and dealt with Nick who was very knowledgable on their products and took me through the details of the various appliances we were looking at. Kouzina was able to hold our order for a number of months, and dealt with delivery directly to the cabinetmaker. A fridge was damaged (in shipping) and Kouzina replaced without issue. I was very happy with the service we received from Nick and Kouzina, and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.”
