   Extremly rude manager customer service and sell you vapes that you can't even get coils for.(no solutions just lie and take your money.) They sold me a vape for $130 a week later I couldn't even get coils for it, I had to buy another tank for $50 and the coils last for 2days when I went in and ask them they just shrug there shoulders and said "that how it is"!!! I highly recommend NOT going here unless you want to be mislead. new brighton is far better and treats there customers with respect and are very helpful.

   This is our local & usually the staff are nice & pleasant, but this time when they checked my husbands ID the staff member serving him gave him a strange look & refused his legal & valid ID because his middle names are very feminine (he’s transgender) This really upset my husband, nearly brought him to tears, which really upset me too. we’ve never had this issue before and I think he’s even talked to other staff about his nervousness around using his ID and they took that on board really well and made his feel really comfortable & stopped asking for his ID. I think some of the staff need a bit more training on accepting ID. I understand that it can be confusing when you see a man and then his ID has feminine names but it’s not really something you can refuse a legal identification for. I really hope something can be done just to help people like him feel more comfortable & welcome being a loyal customer at this store

   Staff were lovely but this is the second time I've gone there at 8am opening and both times they don't get there and open up until 8.15! Slightly annoying as it best time B4 my work starts

   Not exactly impressed to find out the 'new' mod I was sold was 3 years old and was still at the same price from 3 years ago, only given a 3 month warranty. Guessing when you have 'Shosa' printed on the bottom of stock it has to be sold first instead of new stock. Will be avoiding in the future.
