   If I could give this store no stars, I would. Purchased a bag online on the 8th of Jan. Heard nothing for weeks. No reply to emails or phone calls. Then the order gets cancelled. No explanation or communication. When we finally do get some communication from you, you inform us that the bag was out of stock.. well, we went into the store today to find that exact same bag on sale for half price presumably because you have too much stock and was needing a cleaance. I would not recommend your store to anyone. I highly recommend that people avoid you like the plauge

   Went to this shop because we wanted to buy a Roller skate for my daughter. She liked the Black Impala Roller skate, the price was $159.99, which was slightly over our budget. When we asked if there is any specials going on, she said the best she can do is to offer 20% discount and said it will be $128 after discount. We were going to Nandoos to have a bite so told her to write my daughter's name and keep it for us we will come back and buy it. Unfortunately I had to go for work and was getting late so couldn't go back. So we went the next day to buy it and the girl who offered the special price was not there and the lady who is incharge said point blank she can't offer any discount unless and until we have proof and also none of the staff are authorized to give any discount. She was not even willing to find out who the staff was or any other detail. My daughter liked it so much I was willing to buy it at the full price, but decided to go somewhere else because of the arrogance and total lack of customer service this place ....

   Came into store on Saturday afternoon. Staff never acknowledged us and no help was offered. It was not busy and I noticed that it wasn't just us, all customers came and went with no offers of help. 3 staff members stood behind the counter more interested in there cell phones then attending to customers needs. We will not be back
